Biography

Ellen Truschel is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Imago Relationship Therapist, a Great Behavior Breakdown Coach and in the process of certification as an Attachment and Trauma Therapist specializing in Family Centered Regulatory Therapy.  She has worked in the field of Mental Health for over 21 years and is passionate about helping others.  She has been married for over 16 years and has two children currently in elementary school.  Although most of her work is facilitated in her office she also is available to provide seminars and workshops to various social service programs and churches throughout the Central Valley upon request.

How to Contact me.  I will return your call and/or e-mail during business hours Monday –Friday however you may call and leave a message any time. If you need to contact me after hours or on the weekend it is best to either e-mail or text me. 

Psychiatric Emergencies.  Central Valley Counseling Center does not offer after-hours crisis intervention services.  If you are having a psychiatric emergency, contact your physician, call 911 or visit your closest emergency room for assistance.
