Biography

Ellen Truschel is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Imago Relationship Therapist, a Great Behavior Breakdown Coach and in the process of certification as an Attachment and Trauma Therapist specializing in Family Centered Regulatory Therapy.  She has worked in the field of Mental Health for over 21 years and is passionate about helping others.  She has been married for over 16 years and has two children currently in elementary school.  Although most of her work is facilitated in her office she also is available to provide seminars and workshops to various social service programs and churches throughout the Central Valley upon request.

If you have an interest in a topic not listed here you can e-mail your request to Ellen. Please call early to reserve your date. Generally a minimum of three to six months notice is required.

How to Contact us.  My Assistant Crystal will return your call and/or e-mail during business hours Monday –Friday however you may call and leave a message any time. If you need to contact us after hours or on the weekend it is best to send an email to ellen@cvcconline.com. Crystal will assist you with questions regarding scheduling, fees, insurance and other office related questions.  If you need to schedule an initial 15 minute phone consultation, Crystal will schedule that for you.  If you need to speak with me regarding a clinical question, let Crystal know and she will pass your number on to me and I will call you as soon as I am able.

Psychiatric Emergencies.  Central Valley Counseling Center does not offer after-hours crisis intervention services.  If you are having a psychiatric emergency, contact your physician, call 911 or visit your closest emergency room for assistance.
